The war wasn’t illegal, the Attorney General said so…and if that wasn’t enough, and forgetting 1441, the regime was flouting the terms of the original ceasefire from day one. It’s therefore legitimate to argue that the US had every right to re-engage, simply under the conditions of the original, original, original resolution! When will the Guardian reading, Oxford graduating, champagne drinking, privileged intelligentsia realise that white man driven, conservative, western hegemony, aint such a bad ideal. I mean Jesus sweetheart, you better than anyone knows what an end to colonial rule can lead to? What’s that old saying…’the road to hell is paved with good intentions?’ Yep, sounds about right! So the US is resource hungry, has geo-political interests and strategic sphere of influence to protect…so what!?!?! They are willing to play a far more friendly game than some of the alternatives! You are a very smart girl, and this is a top site…but you need to wake up to a real world that we (especially you) do pretty good out of! God bless America…and GB too!
